About Primrose Touch Free Car Wash
Located at 336 Turnpike Rd, Westborough, MA 01581, Primrose Touch Free Car Wash operates as a car wash serving Westborough in Massachusetts. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Westborough, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Massachusetts, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is Open 24 hours. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Primrose Touch Free Car Wash at (978) 692-4151; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.
Its Google rating stands at 3.1 out of 5 from 130 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Westborough is in Massachusetts, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Westborough peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I've been going to this car wash for years now. The recent renovation has done wonders for this car wash. There are three separate wash bays. Two wash bays are touchless and the third to the far right is soft touch. All three wash bays work really well. In addition, there are new vacuums that work quite well and a vending machine for detail cloths and interior fragrance. The only small gripe I have is the fee. The price for a basic wash is $16 up to the ultimate wash for $24. Other than a price, not a bad car wash to go to. No issues with scratching on the soft wash. Try this wash out you won't be disappointed.

This touch free car wash used to be really good. Unfortunately it has gone down hill over the years. The soap does not stay on long enough to break down the dirt on your vehicle. Most of the time the polish/wax/clearcoat protectant is replaced with just clear water. Today’s visit was probably the worst I’ve ever seen it. No clearcoat protectant, the car wasn’t that dirty but yet it still looks dirty with the addition of water spots because the blower didn’t really blow the water off-just moved it around. When you call to report the issues they don’t answer the phone or call you back.

Love this little car wash. It’s my favorite one to go to in the Westborough area. Reasonable price ($24 for their top option). I like the fact that it’s touchless. Ensures that there’s no sediment on brushes that can scratch the car. Although, if you prefer the brushes there is a light touch bay. The touchless one, even without brushes, does a great job of cleaning the car.

Welcome to the future of humanity ! This is probably one of the more advanced Fully Robotic "Non Touch" carwash I have seen in the Massachusetts area. The non-Touch (no tribological contact except soap, air and water) is very important for cars like Teslas. I took my Cybertruck. The robot system kinematics are interesting. There is an inverted L shape main structure that is prismatic which means it slides along the edge of your vehicle. Attached to the overhanging part of L arm is a flat arm (very similar to a semiconductor SCARA robot arm) on a lazy Susan bearing. The flat arm has multiple sprayer nozzles even though it rotates that's some clever engineering how the pipes are conduited through the L arm to the pump via the lazy Susan bearing. The nozzle arm structure covers the entire vehicle and was able to do so for the 18.6 feet long Cybertruck. I selected economy mode since the Stainless Steel Exoskeleton on the Cybertruck does not get along with odd chemicals, and it worked perfectly no stains after wash. One note, you do need a physical credit card to enter the wash area. Happy Washing !

the vacuum price is cheap $1.50 for 5 min, but the power is too weak, weaker than a cordless handheld vacuum. Feel like almost none air flow, cannot pick up any dirt…
